Prath Reddy, CFA, is the co-founder and CEO of Percent, the platform powering modern private credit markets through access, liquidity and data. A member of Percent’s founding team since 2018, he has helped shape the company’s strategy, operations and growth while overseeing its origination, structuring and distribution efforts. Before joining Percent, Prath worked in UBS Investment Bank’s debt capital markets group, where he originated and structured fixed-income securities for public and private companies.
