Presentation
Loïc Soubeyrand founded Teads in 2010. The company quickly established itself as a leader in the advertising market. In 2017, when Altice bought Teads, Loïc Soubeyrand, originally from Montpellier, turned away from the advertising market to focus on the meal voucher market. At just 30 years old, in 2018, Loïc launched Lunchr to digitalize the paper voucher experience and revolutionize the lunch break. In March 2020, Lunchr became Swile and reinvented the employee experience. Today its Superapp brings together for the first time and on a single platform all employee benefits (lunch vouchers, gift vouchers, mobility vouchers...), CESU, business travel management, and gradually, solutions to unify all software used in daily work. In just four years, Swile has raised several rounds of financing - nearly 300 million euros - from leading investors, reached unicorn status with a valuation of over 1 billion euros, and then centaur status (start-ups generating over 100 million euros in revenue) following the acquisition of Bimpli, a former subsidiary of the BPCE group. Swile now offers its services to nearly 5.5 million users in 85,000 corporate customers including Carrefour, Le Monde, JCDECAUX, PSG, Airbnb, Spotify, Red Bull, or TikTok in the private sector, but also many local authorities and ministerial references for the public sector. Swile is also more than 1000 Swilers who participate in shaking up the codes of an entire industry and employee engagement in France and Brazil, the world's largest employee benefits market, where Swile is accelerating its growth to become the global champion of worktech.
