Prior to Alpaca's founding in 2015, Yoshi had worked in a variety of positions in the world of derivatives, securitization, forex, and more at Lehman Brothers and Nomura. He also co-founded a deep-learning computer vision software which he sold to the Kyocera group in Japan, after building a tech development firm helping process data for companies ranging from big pharma to heavy logistics to tech giants.
