Sophie Heller is the COO of CPBS, regrouping all BNP Paribas entities providing banking and financial services to personal and corporate clients. A serial entrepreneur and long time passionate about customer experience, Sophie's role, as a member of CPBS Executive Committee, is to drive the strategic agenda for Digital Transformation and Innovation. She is also responsible for delivering a superior Customer Experience in all CPBS entities through new products & services and simplified Customer Journeys leveraging Data and Agile ways of working.
