Erik Podzuweit, Founder and CEO of Scalable Capital, has been working several years at Goldman Sachs in London and Frankfurt, supporting institutional clients and being responsible for an electronic trading platform. After 7 years in the financial sector, Erik left his Executive Director position at Goldman Sachs to become Co-CEO for the German business of Westwing. Short time later, he founded Scalable Capital with a former colleague from Goldman Sachs as well as Stefan Mittnik, professor for financial econometrics at the LMU Munich. Erik studied business administration and economics in Kiel and Warwick.
