Nelson Holzner is the CEO & Co-Founder of MODIFI, the global commerce platform for Buy-Now-Pay-Later Payments between businesses. Prior to founding MODIFI, Nelson was the Founder & CEO of BillPay, Germany’s leading BNPL provider for e-commerce merchants and consumers which was acquired by the global market leader Klarna in 2017. Before becoming a FinTech entrepreneur, Nelson was a VP Private Equity at Cerberus Capital Management where he focussed on investments in financial institutions. He started his career as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Freshfields.
