Michael Stumm was a co-founder of OANDA Corp and ran the company as President and CEO from 2000 to 2012. He is also a Computer Engineering Professor at the University of Toronto, Canada. He has published over 100 scientific papers in top-tier conference proceedings and scientific journals; he holds 10 patents. He is a technology consultant to a number of companies, including Facebook. He is an active angel investor and advisor to early-stage startups in Toronto and Switzerland.
