Romain Mazeries joined MANGOPAY at the beginning of its creation in 2013 as Managing Director, creating the entity and obtaining its license with the CSSF while setting up the headquarter in Luxembourg. 5 years after in 2018, he became CEO, scaling up MANGOPAY across countries and teams to a highly successful Fintech processing €20 Billion in payment volume for its 2,500 clients with the purpose to shape the future of exchanges. Romain Mazeries is deeply committed to the entrepreneurial landscape and has been involved in mentoring start-ups and also was part of the advisory board at the creation of France Digitale. He is a strong supporter of equality in the workplace and has signed the gender agreement from the Galion project for MANGOPAY to adhere to 45 guidelines for diversity in tech along with the Parental Act to extend second parental leave for all employees.
