Diversity is a key factor in the success of the financial industry. This year again we tried to have as many women on stage as possible, but that's still not enough. The industry still needs to change. In that purpose, we organized the 3rd edition of the women in Finance Lunch, hosted in partnership with Crédit Mutuel Arkea, Banking Circle, BNP Paribas, la Caisse des dépôts, Finastra, Mastercard, la Société Générale, Sopra Steria and the media La Tribune. This lunch hold on October 13th with the exceptional participation of Élisabeth Moreno (Minister for Gender Equality - French Government), Marguerite Bérard (Head of Retail Banking France - BNP Paribas), Ann Cairns (Executive Vice Chair - Mastercard), and gathered 100+ leaders to debate and exchange around that subject.
