Find here the key information upfront our next LIVE sessions planned 12/10 & 13/10

 Your connection to the platform 

  • Most of the digital event venue is accessible on members.parisfintechforum.com to anyone with unrestricted access in order to discover speakers, sessions details, agenda, and global possibilities. Nevertheless all critical access will be blocked and will have to log in to access them (live sessions, exhibition, replays, networking, exhibition hall, ...)

  • You will have access to the networking functions from the 09/10 to the 15/10 (Diamond tickets) and  from 11/10 to 15/10 (Premium tickets)
     

 Fall Edition: 12/10 & 13/10 
  • The Fintech Awards will take place on 12/10 & 13/10 from 9:00 to 13:00 CET 

  • The Payment live event will take place on 12/10 from 14:00 to 18:00 CET

  • The beyond Finance Live event will take place on 13/10 from 14:00 to 18:00 CET 

  • You will find the detailed program of the sessions, the speakers, the timing of each activities, etc… here  

 

 Creation of your account 

  • Click on the magic link you will receive by email or just click on the login link on the website 

  • Once on the connection page, enter your email address that you gave when you bought your ticket (this is the only email that will be valid to register), 

  • Create your password, 

  • You can then enter and enjoy the platform. 
     

 Finalization of your profile 

  • Once loged in the first thing to do will be to finalize your profile in order to have the correct informations about you shared on the platform.  If you do not do this, the matchmaking proposal will not work and other participants will not be able to find you in their matchmaking either.

  • You have to do that only once, but of course you can modifiy your profile later if needed.


 Navigation on the platform

  • Please use the 2 menus we offer you : the top menu bar and the burger menu on the top left of your screen which gives you access to some quick links and additional features

  • If you do not see all menu buttons you should use a larger screen and not reduce the browser window



 Access to all sessions of the year 

  • You are automatically registered for all the sessions of the year. Once your profile is created on the application you will not need to register again. You will only have to log in for each session. 

  • We might suppress or add sessions and activities to the existing program, check it on a regular basis to stay up to date,
  •  Don't unsuscribe of our mailing list or you wont receive info on the agenda, sessions, networking demands....

  • Some sessions are very limited in capacity (speaker after hour, Roundtable, workshop...). No registration will be possible. It is a first come, first served basis. Of course, if someone leaves the session, a place will become available and you will can participate. So stay tuned. 


 Networking 
  • Networking (for premium & diamond tickets): for each session you will have access to networking a few days before the live session (3 to 5) and 24 hours after the end of the session. Between each session you will be able to continue to exchange with the contacts you have already initiated but not to initiate new one in order to avoid spaming our community.  

  • Exhibition hall :  The booth are open all around the year to give you up to date information on our partners. In addition, the exhibitors will be present to exchange with you at the same schedule as the live events during the breaks in interactive video welcome desks (from 10:45 to 11:15, 13:00 to 14:00, 15:35 to 16:05 and 17:45 to 18:30 

  • For diamond tickets, the private networking rooms will be open during a few days before each session and 24 hours after the end of the session, 

 

 Content 

  • Live stream : During the Live, you will be able to ask your questions live to the speakers via the discussion module on the right of your screen.

  • Replays (for premium and diamond tickets) will be available between 8 and 10 days after each session, Replay will only be available for the main stage of each session. There is no replay for limited capacity sessions, workshops, … 

  • Video Interview Series: all episodes will be available on the platform. Each week from the 16/03 18:00 pm one episode will be released. The first one will be released on our social media platform and for free on this web site. The next episodes will be for our members. 

  • Podcasts : don't forget that we have a weekly podcast with some of our key speakers as featured guest. You can listen the episodes here 
       

 Other 
  • Functionnalities : we are testing many things this year, some formats may be experienced at a session and not renewed depending on success, and other can appear later in the year depending on technical deployment. We count on your feedbacks, this event is yours!

  • Language : the platform and all sessions will only be available in English, as usual at the Paris Fintech Forum
