Jean-Daniel Guyot is the cofounder and Chairman of the Executive Board at Memo Bank, the first independent bank to be created in France in 50 years. Memo Bank was established to simplify the tasks of CFOs and accounting teams, offering them a bank that provides autonomous, secure, and real-time cash flow and liquidity management. Before co-founding Memo Bank in 2017, Jean-Daniel Guyot co-founded Captain Train, an online train reservation platform. He served as the company’s president until its acquisition by Trainline in 2016.
